Halloween Tutorial #2: Modern Pin-Up Girl

Hello beauties,

For my second halloween tutorial, I decided to glam it up so what better than a glamorous pin-up girl. All steps are listed below... Enjoy!

Step 1:
Start of with clean and primed eyes. Priming your eyes allows a smooth application of eyeshadow and a sticky base so they last for a long time without creasing.

I used Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion.
Step 2:
Using a fluffy brush (Bdellium Tools 785), apply Salted Caramel from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette into the crease and blend upwards.

This will act as a transition color and make everything else blend in smoothly.
Step 3:
Taking a more precise blending brush (Bdellium Tools 776), apply Milk Chocolate from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette into the crease but do not blend it up as high as Salted Caramel.
Step 4:
Sticking to matte shades because pin-up girls always focus on the winged liners and not so much on the shimmery eyeshadow - apply Matt Lombardi from The Balm Meet Matte Nude palette.

Its a neutral yellow eyeshadow which will help brighten up the eye.
Step 5:
Create the winged liner. The more dramatic, the better.

Step 6:
Taking the blending brush (Bdellium Tools 776), apply Triple Fudge into the outer crease just above the wing of your liner. This will add more depth and create a soft cut crease.
Step 7:
Add Milk Chocolate on the lower lid, blend it so no harsh lines are visible.
Step 8:
Add Semi-Sweet from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette closer to the lash line, focusing it closest to the winged liner.
Step 9:
Rimmel Scandalous Rockin' Curves mascara on the top lashes.
Clinique Bottom Lashes Mascara on the bottom lashes.
HudaBeauty Coco Jo lashes to add more drama to the eyes.
